Broadview Streetcar Loop
– Custom Cantilevered Shelter
The upgraded streetcar loop incorporates highly customized cantilevered passenger shelters, designed and engineered by Daytech, at TTC’s Broadview subway station. As well, a system of high-capacity Daytech ‘Contemporary’ shelters and a connecting walkway was provided.
Fabricated from galvanized steel, the arching shelter provides a unique look.
Daytech’s scope included project management, detail design, fabrication and installation.
